We do not accept mold returns. Other returns are handled on an individual basis and buyer must contact us within 3 days of receipt of item for return authorization and instructions at email@example.com. Returned items must be received unopened and unused before refund or store credit is given. We do not reimburse shipping charges for returns. Please do not return items without contacting us for proper instructions.
We apply a small shipping and handling fee per order, NOT per item. Our shipping costs are calculated on package shipping weight not item count or size. We package our items as if we were shipping them to ourselves!
